Getting started

Here's how to get going in online:academy — from login to your first click.

Signing in

You receive an invitation email with a link. Click it, set your password, done.

If you can no longer find the link: enter your email address on the login page, click Forgot password, and you'll get a new link by mail.

Setting up your profile

After your first login, it's worth completing your profile — other learners and trainers see your name + avatar in learning groups and comments.

  1. Click your profile picture (avatar) at the top right — your profile opens directly.
  2. Upload a profile picture and complete your details in the tabs General, Contact & address, Work information and Personal.

Changing the language

The platform starts in German. To switch manually:

  1. Open the menu (☰).
  2. Click Language and choose your language — German, English and further languages are loaded on demand.

Changing your password

  1. Open the menu (☰).
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter your current password, choose a new one, confirm.

The new password must be at least 12 characters long.
