Team Progress

Keeping an overview is part of the core of your role: who is where, who will make the deadline, who needs support. This page shows you where you see the learning status and how to use it day to day.

No dedicated \"My Team\" area

The platform has no fixed manager-team view. You find the learning status in three existing overviews, each of which you can filter by department or learning group.

Where to find the overview

Overview Where For what
Mandatory assignments App → Administration → Mandatory assignments Task-oriented: which assignment is pending for whom / is overdue
Analytics App → Administration → Analytics Aggregated: completion rates, quiz scores, activity — see Analytics and reporting
Learning group statistics App → Administration → Learning groups → group → Statistics Cohort-oriented: the status of an entire group as a unit

Which one helps you most depends on what you want to know right now — a single person, a company-wide key figure, or the status of a cohort.

Mandatory assignments list (task-focused)

The fastest answer to "where do I need to follow up":

  1. Open Administration → Mandatory assignments.
  2. The default filter "open and overdue only" shows the relevant entries.
Column Content
Person Who has the assignment
Course / learning path The assigned target
Due date When the deadline is (red if overdue)
Status Assigned / In progress / Completed / Overdue
Progress Proportion of lessons completed

Filters for your weekly routine

  • "Due this week" + "Status ≠ completed" → who you should nudge this week
  • "Already overdue" + sort by days → escalation list
  • By department → when you want to focus on a specific part of the company

Analytics (aggregated)

When it's about key figures rather than individuals — completion rates, average quiz scores, active people per period — use the Analytics reports. There you filter by time period, department, and course, and export the numbers to Excel if needed.

Learning group status (cohort-focused)

If you look after onboarding waves or training cohorts:

  1. Administration → Learning groups → the relevant group → Statistics.
  2. Aggregated figures: average progress, distribution (done / halfway / not started), at-risk candidates.

Handy for status meetings: one glance is enough to say "the group is on track" or "we need to follow up with three people". More in Managing learning groups.

Focusing on a single person

Via the reports you can pull a learning history per person as a PDF (courses, progress, certificates, badges) — e.g. for a development review or the personnel file. See Reports and export.

A proven routine

Weekly (15–30 min)

  • Go through Mandatory assignments with the "due this week" filter, remind people if needed.
  • Mandatory assignments with the "already overdue" filter — check for escalation needs.
  • For active cohorts: Learning group → Statistics for a status update.

Monthly (30–60 min)

  • Pull Reports / Analytics for completion rates and compliance status — see Reports and export.
  • Proactively address people with long inactivity and open assignments.
  • At the end of the quarter or year: summary reporting for the personnel file / compliance.

Frequently asked questions

A person has shown no progress for weeks — what do I do? First talk to the person themselves — perhaps vacation, illness, organizational hurdles. If there are no external reasons and no activity: have a conversation about learning priorities, possibly adjust the deadline.

Several people are overdue at the same time — a bulk escalation? A direct message to the learning group (if one exists) is friendly. For systemic delay: a joint conversation about structural obstacles (workload, unclear instructions, tool problems).

I only want to see a particular department. Use the by department filter in the mandatory assignments overview and in the Analytics. For recurring cohorts, a learning group is worthwhile.

Can data be exported? Yes — as Excel/CSV/PDF. Details in Reports and export.
